VENDOR INFORMATION
Please read and sign both applications provided in the link below, and email them to buffaloflowco@gmail.com, along with all applicable, up to date documents of additionally required permits, licenses, and proof of eligible age (18+). Submissions are due no later than 4/27/26. You are responsible for comprehension of any federal, state, or local law associated with the legal needs of your business--our organizers will not and can not assist with what your business legally requires to operate, and we will not approve you if you fail to send all appropriate documents. If you are approved, you will be notified via email by 5/1/26. Eligibility does not guarantee you will be selected for approval, and you will not be sent a formal rejection. Selection is at the discretion of our organizers. A Vendor Fee of $100 is due upon approval--no additional application fees are required. You will be provided a payment link in the approval email. All payment is final--no refunds will be issued. If you fail to pay by 5/8/26, approval will be forfeited.
