BUFFALO FLOWJAM VENDING APPLICATIONS

Here You will find the information needed to apply for vendor status at Buffalo FlowJam! Below are TWO (2) different applications. The first one is for the Buffalo Flow Co. staff, and Vending Director to review. The second is for the City of Buffalo's "special event" permit.

CITY OF BUFFALO SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT

The City Of Buffalo requires all vendors that intend to sell products at a special events to have a "Special Event Temporary Stand/Exhibitors" Permit to vend at FlowJam. As soon as the 2026 application is released by the City, a link will be provided.
